SUNDAY 60 Minute Zwift BBC Ride 7:45 am

Hi BBC!

For those who can't ride outside, I just sent an invite for 7:45 am, 60 minute Zwift ride for Sunday.  We will do the Innsbruck UCI Worlds Short Course The course does include some climbing. Be prepared to maintain 2-2.5 w/kg pace.

I sent the invite to those on the list from last week.  IF YOU WANT ME TO ADD YOU TO THE LIST PLEASE EMAIL ME ONLY AND I WILL ADD YOU TO LIST.  PLEASE EMAIL ME BY TOMORROW AT 6 PM.  I have not left anyone out intentionally, this ride is open to all but you must be following me to be invited. I'm A DOPT(PETS) on Zwift.

You must accept the invite/"join" to be included.  You will see invite show up on your Zwift Companion app.

Invite has been sent. Please go to your Companion App and it should appear as a Blue notification. Click notification and hit "going" button or "not going" button. 

Be on your bike and signed in riding 5-10 mins prior to ride start at 7:45. You will get blue box on lower left of your computer screen.  Click "join" event and you should be brought to starting line with our group. Everyone stays together REGARDLESS of watts...so don't be shy. As long as you keep pedaling, our group should stay together.
