looking for an XL or XXL used bicycle

David Holtermann

Good morning - I am trying to find a decent but affordable bike (road, cross, or mountain) for my 18-year-old. The Great Bicycle Shortage of 2020 is making this more difficult than expected, as is the fact that my son is 6' 3" (and growing). If you have an unused, very large bike you'd like to clear out of your garage or basement, please let me know.

Thank you,
David Holtermann

Beat it by 10 seconds, that is amazing! If only we could see Phil's reaction when he gets the e-mail letting him know that someone stole his KOM :-)

Does anyone have a roller that they can loan me ? Just want to see if I am coordinated enough ... I may return it within a day, or a week🤪

Wednesday Night Meditation and Restorative Yoga Invite

Sheri Rosenbaum

So many folks are stressed out, so I wanted to invite everyone to a co-ed virtual event on Wed night. One of the other Trek Women's Advocates, who is a certified yoga instructor kindly offered to do a one off event for my group. This is for all levels. Below is the information and link to the event. No registration, just join the Zoom call at 6pm.

Tame Your Tension – Mindful Meditation & Restorative Yoga

Wednesday, April 29th @ 6-7pm CST

Virtually join Trek Women's Advocates Adina Forbes Crawford and Sheri Rosenbaum for 10 minutes of Mindful Meditation followed by a Restorative Yoga session.

Adina will guide us through Mindful Meditation "Tame your Tension." Find a quiet space and enjoy finding peace. Meditation is a tool that frees your mind, forgetting about daily anxieties and focusing on mental relaxation. Going into a meditative state involves learning to become a passive observer of one's thoughts. It doesn't mean suppressing them or attempting to force them to disappear.

Restorative Yoga - Making time for 'The Pause' is essential for our bodies, minds, spirits and energies to restore and renew. Restorative Yoga is a gentle and rejuvenating way to give our overly stimulated senses a break; rest our minds and bodies while drawing attention to our breath and inner selves, as we sink into supportive poses.

What do you need?
Yoga mat, towel or eye pillow, water bottle and a free mind to find your center.

Tom,
You have got to be so proud! I would dream of achieving 1 QOM... but 11?  That’s sick!
Are we(BBC) invites to the wedding? Destination wedding?  I am bringing my wheels:)

PS... might need to custom design a bride  and groom kit for the couple!
