If we have a large group, we will try something different and break into two pace groups. One group at 18+ mph moving average and the second group will be 16+ mph moving average. Please download the route if you are going short since the 2 ride leaders will go long.

The short group will have a full stop at Starbucks in Crystal Lake while the long group will have a quick stop since in another 10 miles we will have a full stop at the Orchard.

I was going to keep riding but when Darryl said his head was sore and he was going back I couldn’t let him go back alone. Rode back to his car and then added some miles. My head was a little sore so I cut it short at 30. My thanks to whoever did the band aids. On the upside when I looked in the mirror I realized I had a running start my Halloween costume.
