Another indoor training option is to join others and myself for a 2 hour computrainer class tomorrow, 9 am
Why? - because misery loves company
Where? - next to an awesome Mexican restaurant for lunch where you can replenish all the calories you just burned off.(close to Harper College)
What to bring? - your bike, towel, water bottles, trash talk
Perks? - super duper workout, music, tv running with movies/races
Oh, and don't forget to drink your espresso coffee on the way, you'll need it!
